GRAND OPENING PROMOS:

No purchase or payment of any kind necessary to enter or win a prize in this Promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

The Waylon J’s Grand Opening Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins on September 11, 2025, and ends on September 14, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of Waylon J’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

During the Promotion Period, the first ten (10) eligible individuals in line at Waylon J’s each day of the Grand Opening will receive one (1) $200 Waylon J’s gift card. Limit one (1) gift card per person for the entire Promotion Period. No repeat winners. Participants must be physically present at Waylon J’s to receive the prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Waylon J’s reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any participant before awarding a prize, and to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason. Waylon J’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected gift cards.

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Waylon J’s, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Waylon J’s and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or other issues that may affect the Promotion. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Waylon J’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Travis County, Texas.
